- Shredded chicken500 g
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Pea1 can(s)
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Cooked rice3 cup
- Olive oil to taste
- Place all the ingredients on a tray. Minus the cheese, oregano and olive oil.
- Mix very well.
- Place the cheese slices on top.
- Put oregano.
- A drizzle of olive oil on top of everything.
- Bake for 20 min at 200°C, until browned.
- Tip: use creativity and fill with what's in your fridge! It looks amazing!
