  • Granulated Tapioca500 g
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Hot milk1.3 l
  • Grated coconut (reserve a little for sprinkling)200 g
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
  1. Mix the tapioca with the sugar and gradually drizzle with the milk, mixing until uniform. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the coconut and coconut milk, mix well and pour into a central cone shape (20 cm in diameter) greased with half of the condensed milk.
  3. Take the fridge for 1 hour (more than that do not unmold).
  4. Loosen the center and the side with a knife and unmold. Cover with the rest of the condensed milk and sprinkle the coconut you reserved.
