- Pumpkin pumpkin500 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Ginger Powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Shredded Boiled Chicken300 g
- Light cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Light cream2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and pumpkin, peeled and cut into cubes. Saute for about 3 minutes.
- Add water until almost covering the pumpkin and let it cook with the pan semi covered.
- When the water dries up and the pumpkin is soft, start to knead well. Add a pinch of ginger, salt and pepper. Reserve.
- Season the shredded chicken to your liking (I like salt, pepper, paprika and oregano). Add the cream cheese and cream and mix well.
- Place the chicken on a platter and cover with the pumpkin puree.
- Sprinkle green smell when serving.
