Pumpkin pumpkin500 g
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Garlic1 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)
Ginger Powder to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Shredded Boiled Chicken300 g
Light cottage cheese3 tablespoon
Light cream2 tablespoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Green Smell to taste

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and pumpkin, peeled and cut into cubes. Saute for about 3 minutes.
Add water until almost covering the pumpkin and let it cook with the pan semi covered.
When the water dries up and the pumpkin is soft, start to knead well. Add a pinch of ginger, salt and pepper. Reserve.
Season the shredded chicken to your liking (I like salt, pepper, paprika and oregano). Add the cream cheese and cream and mix well.
Place the chicken on a platter and cover with the pumpkin puree.
Sprinkle green smell when serving.
