  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Yeast1 tablespoon

  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 can(s)
  1. Beat the eggs, milk, oil in a blender for two minutes.
  2. Gradually add the wheat flour and salt, beat until obtaining a homogeneous mass, finally the yeast.
  3. In a pan, refolge the grated pepperoni with the rest of the ingredients for the stuffing, you can add more seasonings to taste. After turning off the heat, stir in the cheese.
  4. Put half of the beaten dough and the stuffing and finish with the rest of the dough until it covers.
  5. Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
