  1. Cook the potatoes until they are soft. In the meantime, prepare the meat. In a pan put oil or olive oil, add the onion and garlic. Then add the ground beef and stir, then add the seasonings you want. Shake well. Then put the tomato sauce and add 1/2 cup of water. You don't need to leave it with too much broth. ⁣ ⁣ Place the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash well. Add a pinch of salt, 2 Tablespoons of butter. When everything is well kneaded, add 1 box of cream, 4 tablespoons of wheat flour and stir well. Then place 1 egg in the dough and stir immediately. ⁣ To assemble the gnocchi, you will need a refractory. And first put some of the ground beef, then put the gnocchi dough and spread it well. Add mozzarella and ham. Then the sauce and cream. Finally the cream and finish with mozzarella and oregano. And bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Serve immediately. ❤️⁣
