  • 50g packet of grated cheese1 g
  • cup of coconut milk1 cup
  • chemical yeast powder1 tablespoon
  1. 🔴 In a bowl put the cornmeal and half a cup of water, let it hydrate for 10 minutes,
  2. In the blender, place the eggs, butter, milk, sugar, cornmeal, and grated cheese.
  3. Whisk everything together for about 5 minutes.
  4. Finally add the yeast and stir.
  5. At this point you will notice that the dough has become very liquid. But don't worry, that's how it is.
  6. Then take it to the preheated oven, 180 Cº, for about 40 to 50 minutes or until golden;
  7. TIP: You can't test this cake with a toothpick because it gets creamy in the middle. The right point is when it is golden and the sides start to come loose; Remove the cake from the oven, wait to cool and unmold.
