- 50g packet of grated cheese1 g
- cup of coconut milk1 cup
- chemical yeast powder1 tablespoon
- 🔴 In a bowl put the cornmeal and half a cup of water, let it hydrate for 10 minutes,
- In the blender, place the eggs, butter, milk, sugar, cornmeal, and grated cheese.
- Whisk everything together for about 5 minutes.
- Finally add the yeast and stir.
- At this point you will notice that the dough has become very liquid. But don't worry, that's how it is.
- Then take it to the preheated oven, 180 Cº, for about 40 to 50 minutes or until golden;
- TIP: You can't test this cake with a toothpick because it gets creamy in the middle. The right point is when it is golden and the sides start to come loose; Remove the cake from the oven, wait to cool and unmold.
