  • Corn on the cob | 3 unit(s)
  • Egg | 4 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Oil | 1/4 cup
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Salt | 1 coffee spoon

Recipe

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes. It becomes a more liquid mass even! Place in a greased shape with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden.
  2. Important: choose a small cake pan so it doesn't get too thin. This cake, because it's creamy and doesn't take yeast, doesn't grow.
