  • Dough: Wheat Flour600 g
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Beaten egg yolk to spread over the dough.1 unit(s)
  • Stuffing: Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 kg
  • Cloves Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Seasonings to taste to taste
  • Cilantro to taste to taste
  • tomato paste to taste
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Corn1 can(s)
  1. Stuffing: Cook the chicken breast, shred and set aside.
  2. In a pan, put the oil, fry the onion and let it brown.
  3. Add the garlic, fry for a few more minutes and add the shredded chicken.
  4. Add your seasonings and the can of corn and sauté well.
  5. Finally, add the cream and cream cheese.
  6. Dough: In a bowl, mix the wheat and butter until the dough no longer sticks to your hand.
  7. Use half of the dough to line the baking sheet and the other to cover the filling.
  8. Brush the pie with the yolk and take it to the medium oven (180°C), preheated, for approximately 40 minutes.
