Milk2 cup
Vegetable oil1/2 cup
Eggs1 unit(s)
Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
Salt to taste
Yeast1 dessert spoon
Shredded Chicken1/2 kg
Sour cream200 g
Cottage cheese200 g

Sauté the chicken to your liking and finally add the cream of milk, this will make it creamier. Reserve
For the dough, place the milk, flour, egg, vegetable oil, grated cheese in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the yeast and stir slowly. hit the salt
When assembling, place a part of the dough in a greased form and distribute the chicken. Then spread spoonfuls of cottage cheese over the chicken, then add the rest of the dough.
If you wish, sprinkle grated cheese (mozzarella/parmesan/provolone) on top and bake for about thirty/forty minutes.
