  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • Butter6 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken1 kg
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, salt and 1 egg.
  2. Mix until it forms a ball and does not stick to your hands.
  3. Prepare the chicken to your liking and mix the Cottage cheese. Let cool.
  4. Line individual molds and fill the pies.
  5. To close the patties, open a little of the dough in the palm of your hands and cover each patty, removing the excess dough from the edges.
  6. Brush with egg yolk and bake until golden.
