- Olives50 g
- Cherry Tomato50 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt, black pepper and green smell to taste
- First cut the peppers, the onion into squares and set aside. You can also cut it into slices beforehand to garnish the couscous along with the other ingredients.
- In a pan put the oil, the onion and the crushed garlic and let it sauté. Add the peppers and let it cook for another 2 minutes and then add the corn, peas, tomato and tuna.
- Then add the tomato sauce and seasonings and salt. Then the water and finally, gradually adding the corn flour. You have to stir non-stop until it's completely cooked, you have to unstick it from the pan.
- Remove from the oven and distribute the couscous in a round shape with a hole in the middle. When completely cool, unmold and serve.
