  • Tuna1 can(s)
  • Quail eggs6 unit(s)
  • Tomato Sauce1 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Yellow Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Green Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Olives50 g
  • Cherry Tomato50 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt, black pepper and green smell to taste
  1. First cut the peppers, the onion into squares and set aside. You can also cut it into slices beforehand to garnish the couscous along with the other ingredients.
  2. In a pan put the oil, the onion and the crushed garlic and let it sauté. Add the peppers and let it cook for another 2 minutes and then add the corn, peas, tomato and tuna.
  3. Then add the tomato sauce and seasonings and salt. Then the water and finally, gradually adding the corn flour. You have to stir non-stop until it's completely cooked, you have to unstick it from the pan.
  4. Remove from the oven and distribute the couscous in a round shape with a hole in the middle. When completely cool, unmold and serve.
