- Whole sachet tomato sauce1 l
- Sliced bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt or meat seasoning1 unit(s)
- Sliced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to grease the mold and sauté to taste
- Onion and 2 garlic, finely chopped1/2 unit(s)
- Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
- Heat the large pan, sauté the onion, garlic, peas, corn, a part of the sardines or tuna, the green smell
- Sauteed put the tomato sauce, and the sazon
- Add the water, mix well, add the flour and let it cook. Lower the heat so the flour cooks slowly, preventing it from getting raw.
- Grease the pan with olive oil and line the bottom with the rest of the tomatoes, peppers and sardines, and the eggs. Once cooked, pour the dough into the mold and arrange with the help of a spatula.
- After putting the dough in the form let it cool, with it cold just turn it over. I usually put it in the fridge for 1 hour but it's optional
