  • Margarine500 g
  • Water1 tablespoon
  • Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
  • Butter and oil for frying1 to taste
  • Stuffing desalted meat400 g
  • Chopped Onions3 unit(s)
  • Sliced plantains6 unit(s)
  1. Mix half of the flour with the margarine. Add the water, and the rest of the flour little by little. Roll out the dough and, with half of it, line a 20 cm shape, with a removable rim. Place the meat in a pressure cooker, cover with water and cook for 25 minutes. Remove the pressure, open the pot and shred the meat. Fry the onion in butter and oil. Add the meat and saute. Fry the banana in butter and oil and place half of the dough. Stuff and put the rest of the bananas to decorate. Cover with the dough, brush with the yolk and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 20 minutes.
