Cornmeal mimoso1 cup
Wheat flour1 cup
Baking soda1 coffee spoon
Salt2 coffee spoon
Grated Mozzarella3/4 cup
Egg1 unit(s)
Milk1.25 cup
Vegetable oil1/2 cup
Stuffing (I used fresh peas)3/4 cup
Seasonings to taste
Yeast1 tablespoon

Mix all the ingredients, with the exception of the yeast, and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Add the yeast and stir gently to incorporate.
Put it in a greased shape with oil and cornmeal and take it to the preheated oven (200°) for 20 minutes (do the toothpick test). Remove and let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
