  1. In a bowl put 250G of common wheat flour 250G of cornmeal 200G of sugar 1 tbsp of yeast in the mixture well then add 2 tbsp of butter 3 whole eggs 1 tbsp of fennel put everything together mix by hand until it turns a dough then roll it with your hand making a ball press the ball with your hand then pass the knife over it make 3 cuts on top of the ball place the guava paste cut into small squares on top of the ball and pass the yolk over it with a silicone brush and then sprinkle sugar on top and take it to the oven keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn
