  • Wheat Flour (Dough)3 cup
  • Butter or margarine300 g
  • Cold water3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil (Filling)2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour (Filling)4 tablespoon
  • Chicken broth (tablets)2 unit(s)
  • Boiling milk1 cup
  • Drained green corn1 can(s)
  • Pepper sauce1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs1 tablespoon
  • Egg Yolks2 unit(s)
  • Egg whites2 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, mix the butter, flour, ice water and salt, without kneading too much.
  2. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, line a 25cm diameter pan and set aside.
  4. For the stuffing: take a pan to the fire with the oil and the onion.
  5. When the onion withers, add the wheat flour, the chicken broth tablets and the milk. Stir until you get a cream.
  6. Remove from the heat and add the green corn, the yolks, the cream and the chopped parsley.
  7. Beat the egg whites and mix with the cream. Place in the mold lined with the dough and sprinkle the pie with the grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven (180°) for approximately 30 minutes.
