  1. Take the chicken already cooked and shredded to a pan with a chill of oil, add the chopped onion and tomato and let it sauté a little.
  2. Add salt, tomato paste and a little water to cook
  3. Let it cook for about 15 minutes or when you notice that the water has dried up and the chicken is almost dry.
  4. After cooling, mix the corn and peas, stir well
  5. In the first layer of bread, at the base, place with the help of a spoon, a little milk to wet the bread
  6. Once wet, spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bread and over that layer of mayonnaise and then chicken.
  7. Do this successively until the layers are finished.
  8. Once the pie is assembled, place the mayonnaise on all sides and on top, cover the pie well with the rest of the mayonnaise, garnish with straw potatoes.
  9. Refrigerate, serve cold
