  • 500g desalted and shredded cod. | half a kilo of potatoes in thick slices cooked in water and salt for 3 min. | 1 chopped pepper. | what chopped tomato. | 1 chopped onion. | 4 minced garlic cloves. | 1 cup of cottage cheese. | 2 boxes of sour cream. | chopped olives. | 1 spoon (dessert) paprika. | chopped parsley and chives. | olive oil. | Freshly grated Parmesan cheese1 g
  1. In a glass dish put a little oil at the bottom and make a bed with the boiled potatoes, drizzle the potatoes with a little more oil and set aside.
  2. In 1 medium pan, place the minced garlic in a thread of olive oil. On low heat, brown a little. Add the onion, peppers, tomato, olives, paprika and parsley and chives. (Leave a little reserved to finish later)
  3. Sauté a little until they wilt and add the cod, stir to get the seasoning. Add the curd and cream and leave on low heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. until the broth thickens a little.
  4. Place this stuffing on top of the potatoes, finish with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley and chives on top. Place in the oven for 10 min. or even gratin. This delight is ready!!
