Wheat flour2 tablespoon
Margarine1 tablespoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Chimichurri10 g
Oregano10 g
Garlic2 to taste
Salt to taste
Soybean oil to taste
Water1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese100 g
Ham100 g
Parmesan cheese100 g

Start by preparing the ground beef. In a pan put the garlic, chimichurri, salt and a drizzle of oil.
Sauté the ground beef well, add half a cup of water and let it cook until the water dries up. Reserve.
In another pan put the already chopped chayote, garlic, salt and a thread of oil. Add half a cup of water and let it cook.
With the chayote already cooked, in the blender add it with the wheat flour, the egg and the margarine. Beat well until it forms a cream.
In a refractory, put half of the cream that you just beat.
Add the ground beef and top with the ham and mozzarella.
Now, add the rest of the dough and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and oregano on top.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the cheese forms a crust. Now and just serve!
