Ripe dwarf banana4 unit(s)
Egg4 unit(s)
Oat bran2 cup
Sugar free granola to taste
Black raisins1/4 cup
Cranberries to taste
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Demerara sugar or xylitol sweetener1 cup
Pot of natural yogurt1 unit(s)
Almond flour1/2 cup

In a blender, beat the bananas, eggs, natural yogurt and sugar until smooth.
In a bowl put the oat bran and almond flour and add the beaten mixture, stir well until smooth
Roll the raisins in some oatmeal
Put the raisins in the dough and mix well.
Lastly add the baking powder and mix gently
Grease a removable bottom mold with a little butter and oat bran
Place the dough in the mold and add the unsweetened granola and cranberries to taste on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Expect to cool down completely and unmold
Serve then 😋🎄🧑 🎄
