  • Wheat Flour500 g
  • Butter150 g
  • Sugar350 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
  • Royal Icing2 cup
  • Dye to taste
  • Water to taste
  1. In a container, mix the sifted wheat flour and baking soda. Then add the sugar and mix. Add the butter and mix with your hands until you form a farofa.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, kneading until the dough releases from the hands. If necessary add more flour. Finally add the vanilla essence and mix.
  3. Open the dough with a roll. Cut out the dough with cookie cutters. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at medium temperature (180°C) until golden brown.
  4. Put the frosting in a bowl and mix it with one or two spoons of water, the mixture should be creamy. Put the desired coloring and confection the biscuit.
