- Chocolate flavored cornstarch biscuits200 g
- Butter100 g
- condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Powdered milk2 tablespoon
- Strawberry2 cup
- Milk chocolate200 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Grind the biscuit in the processor and mix with the melted butter. Place on the bottom and sides of a 23cm springform pan, pressing well with your hands and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- For the filling, add the condensed milk, milk cream and powdered milk and cook until creamy. Reserve until cool.
- For the gananche that will cover the pie, just melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream.
- Place the strawberries cut in half on the base of the pie, cover with the powdered milk brigadeiro and finish with the ganache and decorate with strawberries. Take to the fridge for 2 hours, unmold and serve!
