- 3 cups of wheat dough 1/2 of sugar 1/2 of milk 1 teaspoon of yeast 3 eggs 3 tablespoon of margarine 4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate dissolved in a little water3 g
- In a bowl place the wheat flour and set aside in a mixer add the egg, the yeast, the milk and the margarine beat for 20 minutes then add the wheat flour and the chocolate already dissolved beat a little more later with the oven already preheated to 280 degrees take it to dough in a greased shape with margarine .and leave for approximately 45 minutes baking time.
- Tip: when the cake starts to smell, lower the oven to 180 degrees to make sure it's ready, insert a clean knife or toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's already good.
