Ingredients
- Eggs | 6 unit(s)
- Mozzarella | 200 g
- Sour cream | 1/2 unit(s)
- Salt | to taste
- Shredded Chicken | 400 g
- Cottage cheese | to taste
Recipe
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Add 400g of shredded and seasoned chicken to this whipped cream (only mix with a spoon, don't hit the blender). Place all this mixture in a refractory, cover with spoonfuls of cottage cheese, mozzarella and oregano.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 210°. Finish with fried bacon. (Optional)
