  • Whole or semi-skimmed milk | 2 cup
  • Oil | 1 cup
  • Egg | 3 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour | 2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese | 50 g
  • Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Oregano |  to taste
  • Shredded Chicken | 2 cup
  • Catupiry | 1 cup


  1. Place the oil, eggs, milk, wheat flour, grated parmesan, salt in the blender and beat well until a smooth and homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Grease a rectangular mold with a little butter and flour and place half of the batter in the blender.
  3. Add the shredded chicken filling and catupiry and cover with the rest of the dough, sprinkle oregano powder on top to taste
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden and done 😋
