Ingredients
- Whole or semi-skimmed milk | 2 cup
- Oil | 1 cup
- Egg | 3 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour | 2 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese | 50 g
- Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon
- Salt | to taste
- Oregano | to taste
- Shredded Chicken | 2 cup
- Catupiry | 1 cup
Recipe
- Place the oil, eggs, milk, wheat flour, grated parmesan, salt in the blender and beat well until a smooth and homogeneous mass is formed.
- Grease a rectangular mold with a little butter and flour and place half of the batter in the blender.
- Add the shredded chicken filling and catupiry and cover with the rest of the dough, sprinkle oregano powder on top to taste
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden and done 😋
