  • Dough: Wheat flour3 cup
  • Chilled butter (cut into cubes)200 g
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
  • Stuffing: Boiled and shredded chicken breast (seasoning to taste)1 unit(s)
  • Creamy catupiry cheese410 g
  1. In a bowl place the flour, butter and salt
  2. Mix (squeezing with your fingertips) add the egg and mix again by squeezing with your fingertips
  3. Cover the dough and place it in the fridge to rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Open a part of the dough at the bottom and sides in a removable form (reserve the other part to line the pie)
  5. Poke holes in the bottom of the pie base using a fork.
  6. Stuff and then cover as you wish.
  7. Brush egg yolk and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes or until golden
  8. And be happy!
