- Dough: Wheat flour3 cup
- Chilled butter (cut into cubes)200 g
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- Stuffing: Boiled and shredded chicken breast (seasoning to taste)1 unit(s)
- Creamy catupiry cheese410 g
- In a bowl place the flour, butter and salt
- Mix (squeezing with your fingertips) add the egg and mix again by squeezing with your fingertips
- Cover the dough and place it in the fridge to rest for 20 minutes.
- Open a part of the dough at the bottom and sides in a removable form (reserve the other part to line the pie)
- Poke holes in the bottom of the pie base using a fork.
- Stuff and then cover as you wish.
- Brush egg yolk and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes or until golden
