  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Butter or margarine200 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken breast1 unit(s)
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Color to taste
  • Olive oil2 teaspoon
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  1. Cook the chicken breast, shred and set aside. In a pan, put the oil, fry the onion and let it brown.
  2. Add the garlic, fry for a few more minutes, add the coloral, mix and place the shredded chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix the wheat and margarine, until crumbly. Add the other ingredients and knead well until you get a smooth dough.
  4. Use half of the dough to line the baking sheet and the other to cover the filling.
  5. Put the stuffing, cover the pie and brush with the yolk.
  6. Place in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
