  • grated cheese2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Chicken breast (stuffing)500 g
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Canned corn1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese to taste
  • Sour cream (filling)1 unit(s)
  1. Mix the ingredients of the dough in the blender, start by putting the liquids, then put the flour and finally the yeast.
  2. Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mass and set aside.
  3. Ideally, when you beat the dough, the stuffing is ready and cold. For the stuffing, shred the chicken breast and season to taste, mix with the carrot, corn and cream.
  4. In a refractory put half the dough, put the stuffing and the rest of the dough on top. Grease the refractory with oil. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees (depending on the oven).
