Ingredients: 1/2 cup Oil; 3 unit(s) Eggs; 1 cup Milk; 2 cup Wheat flour; 1 tablespoon Baking powder; to taste Pinch of Salt; 1 kg Cooked, seasoned and shredded chicken breast; 1 unit(s) Cottage cheese; to taste Oregano; 4 unit(s) Mozzarella slices

No liquidificador adicione todos os ingredientes só depois você vai adicionar a farinha de trigo e o sal. 

Depois você vai finalizar com fermento e bater mais um pouquinho a mistura. Se ficar muito pesada a massa no liquidificador, transfira para uma tigela e misture com fouet.

Montagem:
 
Em uma forma untada e enfarinhada você vai despejar metade da massa e na sequência você vai colocar o frango cozido e desfiado, espalhar com ajuda de uma colher  colocar o requeijão por cima e depois você vai colocar a mussarela e adicionar o restante da massa.
Salpique o orégano por cima.

O forno já tem que está pré aquecido antes.

 Assar por 45 minutos ou até ficar bem douradinho e a casa cheirando gostoso.

Ótimo para acompanhar um chá da tarde.
