  • _ cooked and shredded chicken breast1 kg
  • _can of corn without water1 can(s)
  • _can of cottage cheese1 can(s)
  • _can of cream1 can(s)
  • _Chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
  • _3 garlic clove3 to taste
  • _salt and pepper1/2 to taste
  • _olive oil/soybean oil1 tablespoon
  • _straw potato100 g
  • _mozzarella cheese200 g
  • _parsley1 cup
  1. Hit the blender; the corn with the cream and the curd, set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic and onion and add the shredded chicken breast, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the beaten ingredients to the blender and stir well over low heat for 5 minutes and add the parsley to taste.
  4. In a platter add all the chicken, put the mozzarella and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. When removing the chicken from the oven to finish, put the straw potato and that's it.
