- Reserve the wheat flour and yeast. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, milk and mozzarella cheese for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste, I use 1 teaspoon. Add the flour and baking powder and beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour so it doesn't stick. For this recipe I use a round baking dish again 40 cm in diameter. Pour the entire mixture into the pan.
- Add the shredded and seasoned chicken breast to your taste, I usually use something, tomatoes, onions, green seasoning, olives but you can use whatever stuffing you like.
- Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 to 200 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes or when you stick a fork into the dough and it comes out clean.
