  • Ketchup and Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
  1. First put the yolks and butter, then I put two cups of wheat flour and I was pouring the last one little by little. Add a little wheat flour and mix until it thickens better.
  2. Filling: Half a kilo of cooked and shredded chicken breast. I cooked the chicken with homemade seasoning, salt and pepper. A little oil, water and I left it in the pressure cooker for about 15 minutes after I got pressure
  3. After shredding, I put in a pan with butter, a spoonful of homemade seasoning, a package of tomato sauce, a package of corn and canned peas without the canned water. Two spoons of mayonnaise and two spoons of ketchup. I waited to get the taste for about 7 minutes on low heat and that's it.
  4. I greased a form with a removable background and put the dough in the form. I fixed it with my hands, on the bottom and side of the mold. Then add the chicken with the sauce and add the curd and cheese.
  5. finally open the dough with the rolling pin and make a "lid" on top. Brush an egg yolk all over the top of the pie and bake in a preheated oven at 230° for 25 minutes.
