- Wheat flour4 cup
- Egg Yolk3 unit(s)
- Margarine300 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Seasoned chicken breast, cooked and shredded1 unit(s)
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Catupiry100 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour, yeast, salt) in a deep container. Mix the rest of the ingredients (egg yolk and margarine) with clean hands and cover with a tablecloth for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Filling: In a bowl, mix the chicken, parsley, catupiry, cream.
- In a rectangular aluminum shape, line the bottom and sides with your hand. (What's left will make the pie lid.) Put the stuffing.
- Roll out the remaining dough and place it on top, covering the pie. Decorate to your liking. Sprinkle egg yolk on top to give it a shiny look. Place in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
