  • Corn flour3 cup
  • Chopped green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Boiled Egg1 unit(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)

  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Water1 l
  • Chicken broth1 unit(s)
  1. Cook the chicken breast in water with all the seasonings. Reserve the cooking broth
  2. Shred the chicken breast. Reserve
  3. In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic and pepper in butter.
  4. Add the chicken to the stir-fry and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add half of the chicken cooking broth and let it simmer.
  6. Gradually add the cornmeal, mixing well to avoid lumps.
  7. In a well greased with oil, spread the boiled egg and tomato cut into slices.
