- lasagna noodles500 g
- Mozzarella300 g
- Shredded chicken breast1 kg
- Corn1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Onion2 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic1 teaspoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Full seasoning1 to taste
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- Filling preparation: Cook the breast and shred.
- In the pan add oil, garlic and onion and sauté.
- Then add the Coloral, shredded breast, green corn, complete seasoning, tomato sauce and salt to taste. Add a little water just to sauté.
- Lasagna Mousse: In a refractory add a little of the sauce, then put a layer of lasagna noodles. Repeat this process, on the last layer of pasta, add the sauce and the mozzarella on top.
- Then put it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
