- Recipe
- 1 kilogram of baroa potatoes1 kg
- 3 cooked and shredded chicken breasts3 unit(s)
- 1 onion1 unit(s)
- 1 can of green corn1 can(s)
- 2 garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- 2 boxes of prepared tomato sauce2 can(s)
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese200 g
- 2 cups of cream cheese2 can(s)
- 1 strand of oil1 tablespoon
- 1 package of straw potatoes1 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt to taste1 to taste
- 1-Cook the potatoes in a pan with water and salt until they are soft. Remove the skin, knead until you get a puree, mix with 1 cup of curd and set aside. Tip: By cooking the potatoes with the skin on, we get them to cook without getting too wet. 2-In another pan, sauté the chopped onion and garlic. When the onion becomes transparent, add the chicken, drained corn and tomato sauce. Tip: If you prefer, you can replace the ready-made tomato boxes with homemade tomato sauce. 3-Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix everything and let it cook until it reduces a little. Then add the remaining cottage cheese and the green smell, mix and reserve. 4-In a greased baking dish, place the chicken and, over it, the mashed potatoes. Cover with the cheese and take to medium oven until the cheese melts. 5-Remove from the oven, cover with straw potatoes and your chicken fricassê with mashed potatoes is ready! Serve and enjoy this delicious meal. Tell us in the comments what you think and bon appetit❤️
