- Tomato sauce5 tablespoon
- Mozzarella100 g
- Cook the chicken breast and then shred
- Cook the cauliflower and set aside
- In a pan, sauté the chopped onions and add the already shredded chicken breast, then the sauce, add salt if necessary and let the taste improve.
- Blend the cooked cauliflower, corn, curd, cream and curd in a blender.
- Pour the beaten liquid into the pan that is the chicken and take it to the fire until it thickens. Then put it in a refractory and add the mozzarella on top and take it to the oven until it blushes.
