  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Cream cheese1 unit(s)
  • Water1 cup
  • Olives - preferably pitted100 g
  • Shredded chicken breast2 unit(s)
  • Sliced Mozzarella200 g
  • Straw Potato100 g
  • Salt0 to taste
  1. Place the corn, cream cheese, cream and water in a blender.
  2. Sauté the cream in the blender with the shredded chicken, olives and salt until it has a thick texture.
  3. Place the sauté on a baking sheet, cover with mozzarella.
  4. Bake in the oven until bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and place the potato straw on top.
  6. Now enjoy your fricasse with fresh white rice ❤
