- Shredded chicken breasts2 unit(s)
- Sliced Mozzarella200 g
- Straw Potato200 g
- Water1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Place the corn, cream cheese, cream and water in a blender.
- Sauté the cream in the blender with the shredded chicken, olives and salt until it has a thick texture.
- Place the sauté on a baking sheet, cover with mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven until bubbly.
- Serve with white rice and potato straw on top.
