  • Chicken breast1/2 unit(s)
  • Can of green corn1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 dessert spoon
  • Milk1 cup
  • Grated or sliced mozzarella cheese350 g
  • Straw Potato1 unit(s)
  • Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
  1. Cook the chicken breast with seasoning to taste, let the broth reduce, remove the breast, shred and set aside.
  2. In the blender put the green corn, milk, wheat flour, salt and beat everything.
  3. Add the liquid from the blender with the (reduced) chicken broth, turn on the heat and stir until it thickens.
  4. In the same pan, still on low heat, add the shredded chicken and the cream, stir until smooth and let it boil. Turn off the fire.
  5. In a shape or platter put the cream and cover, on top with the grated or sliced cheese. Bake at 200 degrees • until the cheese melts.
  6. After melting the cheese, remove from the oven and add the potato straw. Serve with rice.
