  • Mozzarella cheese300 g

  • Season1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)

  1. In the pressure cooker, place a thread of eye, the knor and the chicken and stir until golden.

  5. In another pan, add onion, garlic, tomato and pepper and let it fry well.
  6. Add the shredded chicken and stir everything, then add the cream of corn and stir. Let it cool for 2 minutes
  7. In a refractory, place the chicken, cover with cheese and potato straw and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
