Deixar na água filtrada    200 g de proteína de soja sabor frango  até quase cobrindo  deixar descansar por 2 horas

Leve para outra frigideira untada o restante do   óleo de azeite e a manteiga   e cubra com queijo ralado tampe e deixe em fogo baixo até dar o ponto de torta depois vire sobre um prato e cubra com creme de leite e  mais queijo ralado  e leve no microondas por uns 40 segundos .
