  • Chicken breast (shredded) tray1 kg
  • English Potato1 kg
  • Margarine200 g
  • Tomato Extract1 can(s)
  • Milk200 ml
  • Garlic to taste
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Parsley/Chives1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese / dish200 g
  • Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
  • Olive to taste
  1. Sauté the garlic and add the chicken breast (shredded) with the onion, tomato and pepper. After sautéing, add the extract, olives and parsley, bring to a boil and set aside.
  2. Peel the potatoes, put them to cook with salt and after cooked, knead them so that there are no pads. In a pan, place the mashed potato with the margarine, milk, cream cheese and cream and mix well over low heat (20 minutes) more or less.
  3. Assembly is very simple. In a refractory, make a layer of the puree and then put some of the chicken sauce. Finally the rest of the mashed potato and the cheese slices on top. Take it to the oven for fixings and serve with white rice and salad. Enjoy your food
