  • Chicken breast500 g
  • Corn flour3 cup
  • Chopped green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Boiled egg1 unit(s)
  • Green corn1 can(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Water1 l
  • Chicken broth1 unit(s)
  1. Cook the chicken breast in water with all the seasonings. Reserve the cooking broth
  2. Shred the chicken breast. Reserve
  3. In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic and pepper in butter
  4. Add the chicken and corn to the stew and fry for 2 minutes
  5. Add half of the chicken cooking broth and let it cook.
  6. Gradually add the corn flour, mixing well to avoid lumps.
  7. In a greased baking dish, spread the boiled egg and tomato, cut into slices.
  8. Arrange the dough in the pan, pressing lightly to compact it.
  9. Allow to cool before unmolding
