  • Wheat Flour (2 and 1/2 cups)5/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan1 cup

  1. FILLING Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion to brown. Then add the garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes. Also add the chopped tomato into small cubes with skin and seeds. (if you are unsure whether to open the lid of the blender while it is running, place the liquids in a bowl and add the flour and mix with a spatula. Then the yeast and stir well. Mounting Place half of the dough on a greased baking sheet, spreading all over the bottom. Place the filling over the dough. Then cover the filling with the rest of the dough and spread with the help of a spatula. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
