Sobreponha 8 camadas de massa fillo, pincelando manteiga entre elas.

Overlap 8 layers of fillo dough, brushing butter between them.

Coloque o queijo no centro e ajeite as laterais da massa filo.

Place the cheese in the center and adjust the sides of the phyllo dough.

Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus por uns 20 minutos ou até que a massa fique bem douradinha.

Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for like 20 minutes or until the dough is very golden.

Finalize com mel com nozes e folhinhas de tomilho.

Finish with honey with nuts and thyme leaves.
