  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • sour cream1 can(s)
  • 1 Jelly Envelope1 g
  • 1 cup cream cheese1 g
  • Guava 300g1 g
  • 150ml of water1 ml
  1. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream, for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. In a container, hydrate 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12g) in 5 tablespoons of cold water (50ml) mixing until dissolved. Bring to a boil and melt in a water bath, stirring occasionally until completely dissolved, or in the microwave* for 30 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until completely dissolved. Do not let it boil so as not to lose its gelling ability.
  3. Mix with cream in a blender and beat for another 5 minutes.
  4. Put the cream in a pyrex or shape of your preference, take it to the fridge until it's very firm.
  5. In a pan, melt the guava in 5 ml of water.
  6. With very firm cream, add the melted guava on top of the cream forming a light layer to chill again for 90 minutes before serving.
