Carrot cake with chocolate

1-Bata no liquidificador, o ovo, cenoura crua cordada em rodelas, açúcar e o óleo. 2- Coloque esse líquido em uma vasilha e misture a farinha de trigo peneirada aos poucos.
3- Coloque o fermento e misture bem devagar. Coloque na assadeira e leve ao forno alto. 
4- O recheio você coloca todos os ingredientes e meche fora do fogão , depois de mecher bem você vai e coloca no fogão e meche mais até começar a ferver e sair bolinhas, depois é só desligar e deixar esfriar para engrossar.
